Booking
How do I book a package?
Choose a package, select travellers and dates, and pay a 25% advance to confirm. The balance is due 21 days before travel.
Can I customize a fixed package?
Yes. Every package on AglaTrip is fully customizable — change the dates, swap stays, add or remove activities. Click 'Customize' on the package page or talk to a trip designer.
Cancellation policy
What's the standard cancellation policy?
Most packages offer a free cancellation up to 21 days before travel, 50% refund 14-21 days before, and no refund within 14 days. Specific packages may differ — see the cancellation section on each package page.
Refund policy
How fast are refunds processed?
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
On-trip support
Will someone help me on the trip?
Yes — every booking comes with a dedicated trip manager whose phone and WhatsApp you'll have. They're reachable 24×7 while you're travelling.
